Ingredients
- 3 ripened bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup white sugar*
- 1/4 cup brown sugar*
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups Pamela's Baking & Pancake Mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mash bananas in large bowl, then add in eggs, honey and vanilla and mix well.
- Stir in salt and flour.
- Pour dough into bread pan and bake for 1 hour for loaf, or 18-21 minutes for 12 muffins.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- *Could also use 1/2 cup honey or sweetener of choice
