Inspiration Friday: Photographing Children

While I was pregnant with Hayden my mom bought us a photography package through a local photographer to get her newborn – 3 – 6 – 9 – 12 month pictures. This morning we finally got the last of these.. her 12 month pictures {even though she’s 14.5 months lol} and lets just say she was less than cooperative! So today I thought I would post some “professional” children’s photos because it definitely requires some skill!

I had “professional” in quotes because I think parents and other “untrained” family/friends can take just as awesome of pictures with some practice… and it certainly takes patience to photograph kids! I think in the future we’ll be attempting our own photography with our kids {I had such a fun time doing Hayden’s Mini Photo Shoot!} What do the rest of you with kids do? Do you do “milestone” pictures? And do you do them yourself or leave it to the “professionals”?
