Ingredients
  1. 2- 2 1⁄2 lbs chicken legs
  2. 1 2⁄3 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
  4. 1 2⁄3 tablespoons ketchup
  5. 3⁄4 cup honey
  6. 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
  7. salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit {or 180 degrees Celsius}
  2. Coat a 9x13" baking dish with olive oil, then add the drumsticks.
  3. Mix together the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper and pour over the chicken.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for one hour, or until sauce is caramelized.
Notes
  1. Could also use wings or pork ribs.
