Gluten Free Zuppa Toscana

Before I got diagnosed with Celiac Disease one of my favorite restaurants was the Olive Garden; I especially loved their “Zuppa Toscana” {Tuscan Soup}. While Olive Garden does now offer some gluten free options, this soup is sadly not one of them.  I think we’ve figured out a pretty good alternative!

  • Um. YUM! This has all of my favorite things in one soup. Definitely giving it a try.

  • It was so wonderful – even better reheated!

  • Shane will love this! It's going in my next meal plan!
