Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

The other day I was craving peanut butter chocolate chip cookies – I had never had them before, but they just sounded good! And so I came up with this recipe. They turned out pretty well in my opinion – a hint of peanut butter flavor combined with the chocolate chips – just what I was looking for!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Bake Time: 15 minutes
Yields: 12 cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter {1/2 stick}, room temp
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 gf all purpose cups flour {e.g. Pamela’s}
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Beat together eggs, butter, and sugar until creamy. Add remaining ingredients. Using two tablespoons, scoop dough into balls on greased pan and bake for 15 minutes.

That’s it! Pretty simple, and very delicious.

  • My boyfriend has this horrible habit of buying the crappy premade cookie dough things that you just plop down and cook. Then, of course, I eat them when he makes them. I haven't had properly made cookies in ages. These look delicious!

  • lol – you crack me up! I love homemade cookie dough anyways so it never bothers me to have to start from scratch… many times I don't even make it to the "baking" step 😛
