Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled & chopped
- 6 red potatoes, scrubbed & cut into quarters
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/4 cup sour cream, room temp
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream {or whole milk}
- salt & pepper {as desired}
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, cook the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the saucepan.
- Add remaining ingredients and mash the potatoes until they are well blended.
- Taste and add salt and pepper, if needed.
