Fruit & Yogurt Parfait

What do you do when you have a bunch of fruit and yogurt about to go bad? Throw them all together and make a parfait of course! Ok, so this probably doesn’t even deserve to be called a “recipe,” but it’s just so yummy I had to share it!

Fruit & Yogurt Parfait

PREP TIME 3 minutes YIELDS 1 parfait

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup strawberry {Yoplait} yogurt
  • handful of grapes {abt. 1/4 cups}
  • 2-3 sliced strawberries
  • 1 round pineapple slice
  • **optional granola {I don’t like granola, but it’s common on parfaits!}

Directions:
I like to layer mine with all the yogurt on bottom and the fruit on top to keep it “clean,” but of course there’s really no “right” way to do it. Just have fun with it!
